• You must comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws

4. Acceptable Use Policy

6. Pro Subscription

Free Version: The free version of the Extension allows limited downloads and access to basic features.

Pro Version: The Pro subscription provides:

• Unlimited video downloads
• Download from single posts
• Priority customer support

Payment Terms:

• Pro subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, or yearly)
• Payments are processed through Paddle or PayPal
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• You can cancel your subscription at any time, and it will remain active until the end of the current billing period

7. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation: You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time by:

• Clicking "Unsubscribe" in the Pro tab of the Extension
• Emailing us at [email protected] with your account email

Upon cancellation, you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period.

Refunds: All payments are generally non-refundable. However, we may provide refunds at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances. Please contact us at [email protected] to request a refund.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE EXTENSION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
• Warranties that the Extension will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of downloaded content
• Warranties that the Extension will meet your specific requirements

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
• Business interruption or loss of goodwill
• Damages arising from your use or inability to use the Extension
• Damages arising from unauthorized access to your data or account

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRO SUBSCRIPTION IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS LESS.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless us and our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use or misuse of the Extension
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights
• Your violation of applicable laws or regulations

11. Third-Party Services

The Extension interacts with TikTok.com and other third-party services. We are not responsible for:

• The availability, content, or practices of third-party services
• Changes to third-party services that may affect the Extension's functionality
• Your compliance with third-party terms of service

You acknowledge that TikTok may change its platform at any time, which could affect the Extension's functionality.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Extension at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Abuse of the Extension or its features
• Non-payment of Pro subscription fees

You may terminate your use of the Extension at any time by uninstalling it from your browser.

13. Changes to the Extension

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Extension (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Extension.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Extension shall be resolved in the courts of your jurisdiction.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the intent of the original provision.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Extension and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
